The highest executive office of the municipal government responsible for general supervision and control of all programs, projects, services, and activities of the municipality.

Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of development plans for the Municipality of Narra.

Provides social welfare services to the disadvantaged and vulnerable sectors of the community.

Operates the Narra Rural Health Unit (RHU) and ensures the delivery of quality health services to the residents of all 23 barangays.

Manages infrastructure development and maintenance of public facilities in the municipality.

Responsible for the preparation, review, and monitoring of the municipal budget.

Handles the collection of revenues and disbursement of funds for the municipal government.

Promotes agricultural productivity and supports Narra's rice farmers, fisherfolk, and livestock raisers, keeping the municipality the Rice Granary of Palawan.

Manages environmental programs and natural resources conservation, including the Mt. Victoria watershed and coastal and mangrove areas.

Leads disaster preparedness, response, and recovery operations for the municipality, and runs the MDRRMO / 911 Rescue unit.

Promotes Narra as an eco-tourism destination (Rasa Island, Estrella Falls, and the Mt. Victoria ranges) through cultural and sustainable tourism programs.

Appraises and assesses real properties for taxation purposes within the municipality.

Keeps the civil registry records of the municipality (births, marriages, deaths) and issues certified true copies.

Processes business permit applications, renewals, and closures: the one-stop shop for business licensing in Narra.
